Now maybe this isn’t an issue if your employer client base is predominantly businesses with most of their workers situated in air-conditioned high-rise offices. But for many advisors, everyday you deal with clients that are subject to the searing heat of the summer; roofers, truck drivers, farmers, construction workers, etc. these are all potential victims to heat-related issues which can put them on the shelf indefinitely. So it is important to make sure your clients know how to control what their employees are up against thanks to a hot-headed Mother Nature.
