The first step in earning the CBWA designation is partaking in a 2 day certification institute. The 2 day institute is an intense, enlightening–and exciting–journey through the 5 steps of benefits risk management.

This institute is designed to lay the framework for agents and brokers on how to implement benefits risk management to generate real results for their clients.

Cost of the institute is $495, and $175 a month.  There is an opportunity to upgrade your benefits as needed.
