Michigan Safety Conference – April 16 & 17

Congratulates to Randy as he has been asked to speak at the Michigan Safety Conference this coming year, April 16-17.  The title of randy’s speech will be “Breaking Down the Silo’s to Keeping Employees Healthly and Safe.”  He will explore why it is important to coordinate the efforts of senior leaders, operations, supervisors and individual employees to build a “whole life/whole person” approach to health and safety.  Also, how to connect the overall health and wellness of employees to safety outcomes.  Lastly, how to utilize a current safety committee struture to promote better health at home and at work.
